Welcome to the staff Annie.
Team,
Annie has agreed to jump in to the Editor role on the Heirloom Project. It is a challenging project, where she is going to direct a new author and an overworked publisher in the production of a golden opportunity to hit the reading public with something far from the ordinary.
This book has a great potential, but is dangerous in many ways. Being new ground, it will be a test of talent, skill, and judgment calls that break rules, and offer something that doesn't fit a template.
To do this successfully, the author and the editor... and the publisher, will be taxed beyond their limits to ensure we supply the highest quality, readability and literary charge that will be talked about for years.
This will intail more work than most books its size, but we have the talent and sweat equity from this group to make it a home run.

Ladies and Gentelmen,
Annie continues to grow and we can't live without her anymore, so she has agreed to become my new vice administrator. That's the administrator of vice...
All kidding aside, Annie is now a full fledged Admin at CLP, and will be getting lessons in just how much she has to do now, that she never thought she was signing up for.
